What's included in the free trial?
You get full, unrestricted access to the entire XTM Platform for 30 days — OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and XTM One — all running in Enterprise Edition. That means every EE feature (PIRs, generative AI, agent orchestration, advanced RBAC, and more) is unlocked from day one. It's fully SaaS, so there's nothing to install or configure.
How long does the trial last, and can it be extended?
The trial runs for 30 days from activation. If you need more time to evaluate the platform with your team or run a specific use case, reach out to our Customer Success or Sales team — extensions can be arranged case by case.
Do I need to install anything or provide my own infrastructure?
No. The trial is 100% SaaS — Filigran hosts and manages everything. You just sign up, log in, and start using OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and XTM One immediately in your browser. For OpenAEV, you can optionally connect your existing EDR agents to run realistic simulations, but this is not required to explore the platform.
What happens to my data and configuration after the trial ends?
Your workspace, data, and any configurations (playbooks, scenarios, dashboards, etc.) remain associated with your trial environment. If you convert to a paid subscription, we help you carry that setup forward smoothly. If you don't continue, your trial environment is deactivated and data is handled according to our data retention policy — contact your Filigran contact for specifics.
Can I get help or guidance during the trial?
Yes. Trial users get access to onboarding resources and can request support from our team to help scope use cases — like connecting intel to simulation, or testing the full CTEM cycle end-to-end. Reach out via the trial portal or your Filigran contact to get the most out of your 30 days.
