Filigran joins the prestigious French Tech Next40/120 selection

Paris, June 4, 2025 – Filigran, the European cybertech company specializing in open-source cybersecurity solutions, proudly announces its inclusion in the French Tech Next40/120 program. This prestigious recognition, awarded by the French Tech Mission, highlights the 120 most successful French scale-ups with the potential to become global leaders.
Founded in 2022, Filigran has quickly established itself as a key player in collaborative cybersecurity thanks to its two flagship solutions: OpenCTI, an open-source threat intelligence platform, and OpenBAS, a platform for attack simulation and crisis exercises. With a highly active community of over 5,600 cybersecurity professionals and contributors, Filigran’s open-source approach is redefining standards in cyber threat management.
OpenCTI enables security teams to collect, structure, and analyze cyber threat data at all levels—strategic, operational, and tactical. The platform is currently used by more than 6,000 organizations worldwide.
OpenBAS complements this ecosystem by offering a platform for attack simulations and exercises, allowing companies to test their defenses and improve their preparedness against real cyber threats.
“Joining the French Tech Next40/120 is an exceptional recognition of our vision and achievements. This distinction validates our collaborative approach to cybersecurity and our ability to develop high-level open-source solutions. It’s a tremendous accelerator to bring our XTM (Extended Threat Management) suite to the international stage and democratize access to cutting-edge cybersecurity tools,” said Samuel Hassine, CEO of Filigran.
The French Tech Next40/120 program supports selected scale-ups in their international development, offering increased visibility and privileged access to a network of experts and strategic partners.
With this new milestone, Filigran strengthens its position as a European leader in collaborative cybersecurity and accelerates its international expansion, backed by recent fundraising totaling 50 million euros.
